Interior Courtyard Landscaping
Interior courtyards that are placed somewhere in the center of the home have an entirely different atmosphere than those on the outside like patio ideas or as an exterior room. It's a whole different feeling to have garden plants or a tree grow out through the roof from the interior center of the home.
Of course, most interior courtyard ideas are planned into the house plans when the blurprints are drawn. However, I have seen a few that were created out of a center room after the home was built.
