Cobblestone Garden Path
A garden or yard path made from large cobblestones. I really like the look that this type of stone gives to certain gardens. Being laid directly into the ground with no base allows lawn grasses and other garden plants to occupy the joints and spaces between the rocks.
The fact that this cobblestone is laid directly into the ground without edging, base, or landscape fabric, also makes it a very simple do it yourself project. And even simpler than using real rocks and stone, some manufacturers make a cobblestone walkway mold for making fake stone paths out of concrete.
