Natural Patio Garden
This small patio design with its selection of garden plants has an atmosphere of being set out in the middle of the forrest. Also the stone garden wall that surrounds the patio creates a very natural feel to the garden.
The patio floor, while looking a little overgrown, is intentionally created this way as part of the patio design idea for even more forresty natural effect. To get an effect like this, the paving stones are laid over leveled natural soil rather than a base or weed barrier fabric. Then, either certain moss or plants are planted or are allowed to grow in naturally.
