Brick Paver Driveway
While not the easiest or most economical driveway paving material, brick pavers can often be the classiest choice for some styles of homes. Mediterranean landscapes like this one and even some Desert Southwest landscaping ideas can gain a lot from the rustic and uniform feel they create. And while there are a lot of different brick shapes available today, sometimes the classic basic rectangle shape is the best choice.
Another increasingly popular way of getting the paver look without the pavers, is by using stained stamped concrete. Either material has it's pros and cons and price differences. Regardless of craftmanship and materials, real brick paver work can sometimes shift and settle and decorative concrete most always eventually cracks. Generally, the least expensive to repair is the pavers as a small section of driveway can be repaired rather than the entire project. Of course, that is if you can match materials. Your choice requires a little consideration.
