Oriental Garden Bridge Ideas

Interesting looking Oriental garden bridge designed to allow tall sailed boats to pass underneath. Not generally a common sight or element in most personal Japanese or Oriental gardens but I thought it is an interesting landscape design picture so I added it to the collection.

What I find worth mentioning about most of these Japanese and oriental gardens pictures is the planting ideas and plant selection. There are a lot of different shades and textures of green and very few flowers. The Black and Red Pine and other evergreens are very common plants and symbolic of permanence.
